Learn to scuba dive in Halkidiki
Combine high – quality training with chrystal clear waters, easy access to dive sites, and diverse marine life.
The PADI Scuba Diver course is a subset of the Open Water Diver course. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters, always under the direct supervision of a PADI professional. You’ll develop skills that boost your confidence in the water and start shaping your unique dive style. Plus, you can upgrade to the PADI Open Water DIver, level anytime!
Course structure
The course is divided into three interrelated parts:
* Knowledge Development with PADI eLearning: Study at your own pace using an interactive and engaging platform that covers dive physiology, equipment, marine environments, and more.
* Confined Water Dives – Train in a shallow, sheltered sea area where you’ll develop essential dive skills and learn to swim underwater.
* Open Water Dives – Complete two dives in real conditions, putting your skills into practice while exploring the sea world.
Plan for about 3 hours per day (briefing and preparation included), for the in-water sessions.
What You’ll Achieve
By the end of your PADI Scuba Diver course in Halkidiki, you will be able to:
* Dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters always with a PADI professional
* Achieve buoyancy control
* Handle common diving issues
* Interact with marine life respectfully.
No prior experience in scuba diving is needed
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Divers aged 10 to 14 earn a Junior Scuba Diver certification. At 15, they can upgrade to a Scuba Diver certification without any additional training.
Participants should be in good general health and know how to swim (you don’t need to be a professional swimmer!). Before your activity, you will receive an electronic medical questionnaire along with PADI eLearning. Answering “yes” to any question doesn’t necessarily disqualify you from diving, but it does require approval from a doctor before participation in the PADI Scuba Diver course.
If you require a pick-up, please provide your hotel name or location. Pick-up service is available to and from any point in the Kassandra Peninsula. For other locations, please contact us.

After booking, you will receive details via email about the pick-up/meeting point and time. Please note: Pick-up or meeting times, as well as activity dates, may be subject to change depending on weather conditions and our overall schedule. We work as a team to provide always the best and safest experience possible.
1-2 days after reservation, we will send you a link for your personal PADI registration and the required e-learning course.
