Learn to scuba dive in Halkidiki. Combine high – quality training with chrystal clear waters, easy access to dive sites, and diverse marine life.
Being a diver is more than just a hobby –it’s about embracing values like ocean preservation, exploration, community, education and inclusion. Scuba diving is a life-transforming experience that offers new perspectives, exciting skills, lifelong friendships, the magic of the underwater world, more fun and less stress as you focus on the here-and-now. These are what PADI call “diving “superpowers” and the list goes on!
Course structure
The course is divided into three interrelated parts:
* Knowledge Development with PADI eLearning: Study at your own pace using an interactive and engaging platform that covers dive physiology, equipment, marine environments, and more.
* Confined Water Dives – Train in a shallow, sheltered sea area where you’ll develop essential dive skills and learn to swim underwater.
* Open Water Dives – Complete four dives in real conditions, putting your skills into practice while exploring the sea world.
Plan for about 3-4 hours per day (briefing and preparation included), for the in-water sessions.
What You’ll Achieve
By the end of your PADI Open Water Diver in Halkidiki, you will be able to:
* Dive independently to a maximum depth of 18 meters
* Master buoyancy control
* Handle common diving issues with confidence
* Get your air fills, rent or purchase scuba gear, and join dive activities.
* Connect to marine life respectfully
No prior experience in scuba diving is needed
Participants must be at least 10 years old. Divers aged 10 to 14 earn a Junior Open Water Diver certification. At 15, they can upgrade to an Open Water Diver certification without any additional training.
Participants should be in good general health and know how to swim (you don’t need to be a professional swimmer!). Before your activity, you will receive an electronic medical questionnaire along with PADI eLearning. Answering “yes” to any question doesn’t necessarily disqualify you from diving, but it does require approval from a doctor before participation in the PADI Open Water Diver course.
If you require a pick-up, please provide your hotel name or location. Pick-up service is available to and from any point in the Kassandra Peninsula. For other locations, please contact us.

After booking, you will receive details via email about the pick-up/meeting point and time. Please note: Pick-up or meeting times, as well as activity dates, may be subject to change depending on weather conditions and our overall schedule. We work as a team to provide always the best and safest experience possible.
